NANCY F. McCLELLAN
Nancy has been practicing law since 1982 and has been a partner in the firm since 1987, after having served as assistant district attorney for Cullman County. She has a general practice, with emphasis on residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, corporate and business law and civil litigation. She is a member of the American, Alabama and Cullman County Bar Associations as well as the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Nancy received her B.A. degree from Samford University and her J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.
Nancy is active in the community and has served on the boards of directors of a number of civic organizations, including United Way of Cullman County, the Pilot Light House, the Cullman City Schools Foundation, the Cullman County Chamber of Commerce and the Cullman Regional Medical Center Foundation. She presently serves on the Board of Directors of Cullman Savings Bank Board and the Cullman Savings Foundation.
Nancy is a frequent speaker for businesses, clubs and civic organizations on the topics of wills, trusts and estate planning. She and her husband, Brent, have two grown sons and are members of Fourth Street Church of Christ in Cullman.
